VERY FRIENDLY STAFF, THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN FINDING EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO FIND FLOWERS THAT WERE ALMOST OUT OF SEASON BUT EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. THEIR SHOP IS THE MOST AMAZING THING I HAVE EVER SEEN. IF YOU HAPPEN TO NEED FLOWERS OR ARE JUST IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD YOU SHOULD CHECK IT OUT. YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID.

After reading the bad review about St. Ives florist I was skeptical about them, but they are located right down the street and I was desperate, so I decided to check it out anyways. My boyfriend and I are having our 2 year anniversary next month and I wanted to send him flowers but I know how much guys love flowers so I was kind of stuck on what kinds of things he would appreciate, so anyways I went to St. Ives Florist and spoke to a man there about some ideas, he was so helpful. He said I could bring in a video game or CD and some of his favorite candy and he could work it into the arrangement. He also said he liked to find out as much about the recipient as possible so he could make the arrangement personal like using funky tropical flowers instead of roses and stuff like that! I can't wait to see the outcome, Now I am actually very excited to work with them on this! Thanks, St. Ives Florist! I will write a follow up review on the delivery service.-Courtney

I never write a review on ANYTHING, but must make an exception in this case after reading the previous review. I've dealt with several Reno florists in the past 20 years and St. Ives is right at the top of the list. The people are friendly and helpful, delivery has always been prompt, the arrangements beautiful and long lasting, and the prices fair. I've NEVER had a problem that wasn't taken care of immediately and courteously. I highly recommend St. Ives.

St. Ives is my first choice in Reno Florists. They always have something beautiful in stock and are prepared to help me out with what I need. I have had St. Ives put bouquets together several times and have never been disappointed with the flowers themselves.The primary drawback for me is that the prices can get high when you add delivery, upgraded vases and a balloon or something like that. Flowers can be pricy, though, so if you're willing to spend some money, St. Ives is a great place to go!

No matter what occassion it is -- birthday, sympathy, get well soon, housewarming, anniversary, Mother's Day, Boss' Day, Secretary's week or simply out of the blue, I would put my order in at St. Ives Florist on Wells Avenue. They have a great variety of flower arrangements and plants fit for any celebrated day. I especially like the gold box that you can lay your choice of flowers in.
