My husband and I arrived at our hotel room to find a dirty glass sitting on the floor in front of our door. Once inside, we discovered that one of the beds had not been made. The room had been comped to us as well as two free meals because of a promotion we received in the mail. The evening was supposed to be completely free of charge. The food at the buffet was great. After dinner we decided to gamble for a few hours and had 2 different cocktail waitresses, both VERY rude. We decided not to stay the night in the dirty room so we checked out early. The employees at the front desk didn't seem very concerned with our complaints. Once returning home, we discovered that a $50 charge was applied to our credit card. We will never stay here or gamble here again. I recommend the Silver Legacy. Clean casino and hotel, great service, wonderful atmosphere.

If you like your stuff stolen. The peppermill is the place to go.We were recently married and we decided to stay at the peppermill.When we decided to leave our room for the day to go explore the city. We came back and notice that my wifes wedding jewelry was taken from there housekeeping.Security says that they are not responsible for stuff stolen by there own employees.So we as the customer get crapped on and the employee gets to score again on another guest.

they have just remodeled it and its gorgeous. a huge arcade, many wonderful restaurants and very nice staff. i have enjoyed my stay at this hotel many times over the past 4 years of living 3 blocks away. they have heated pools and work out facilities. i rate their buffet as the best of the big hotels!

Gorgeous rooms, the one I had was quite elegant, beautiful furniture, plush royal purple bedspread, big tv, and the casino is the best!
