After reading all the great reviews on the China Diner, I gave it a try. BIG mistake. First, it cost way more than I think I have ever paid at a formal Chinese restaurant, and when they brought the food out it smelt like a farm animal. The smell made me not even want to eat. They were out of egg rolls and instead of telling us, they allowed us to pay for it and then not bring it out, maybe in hopes we wouldn't notice? When we told the guy we didnt get it, he tried to point to something half eaten on our plates and say that was them. I will never go back, I got ripped off.

It's better than most fast food place, because what you are eating is cooked. I love the roasted duck, humm delicious. Give it a shot I know you gonna like it. They also have rice, fried rice and other chinese entrees

This place is not much to look at. But its open till 3am every night. The "Chefs Specials" are really special. There are a few tables but its usually too crowded. best to order by phone and go to ur place. The food is definatly a cut above. Please try the chicken salad.

Up late? Hungry at 2am? China Diner has an extensive Chinese entree menu and are open until 3am everyday! The dress is very casual and you can either eat-in or take-out. I usually order ahead of time for pick-up in 15 minutes. This is a rather inexpensive place to eat compared to more upscale Chinese restaurants.
