The first time I went to Charisma, I was treated well. Jenny J did my hair and she did a fabulous job. I was unsure of what I wanted exactly, but she guided me to a cut that was perfect for me. Unfortunately, she does not work there anymore. I found this out last fall when I called to make an appointment. Today, I made the mistake of walking in to see if I could get a cut. A cheery sign outside the front door says "Walk-ins Welcome!" I know that does not automatically mean walk-ins will be fit in, but they might want to change their sign to say "We make walk-ins feel like they are completely worthless." I walked into the reception area and an older, short-haired blonde lady looked at me like I was invading her personal time. She did not ask me what I needed. I had to speak up. I said that I would like a haircut and she laughed rudely, like I had insulted her. She claimed that she was booked all day. She went to the back to ask another stylist if she had room in her schedule. Apparently, she did not. The blonde came back and said rudely, "We do not have time." She did not offer to make me an appointment. I walked out feeling like a piece of dirt! I will never walk in or make an appointment at Charisma ever again. It is a shame that they put this woman at the front to greet potential customers.
