As we all know having your car worked on is not a pleasant thing to do. At Arrow Automotive, I was greeted with a very competent staff, answered all of my questions. The price and the workmanship was excellent. I have had many experiences with automotive repair shops, none as comfortable and professional as my experience here. Thank you.

I had a Transmision rebuilt 2 years ago ($2800.00) and have had nothing but problems. My Explorer had been in and out of Arrow Trans. 8 different times since the first job. They finally agreed to redrop the trany but now will not offer another warranty on their work. WOULD NEVER USE OR RECOMEND!!!!!!

We regret you had to make repeated visits to us for issues with your Ford Explorer. The 2002 model year was the first year for this new model of transmission and as a result many updates and improvements were made over the past 3-5 years. Our computer records indicate that the original repair was done in '06 in the amount or $2315.00 and had been reworked and updated in 4 separate visits over the past 3 years at NO CHARGE to you. In fact the last repair was a total rebuild done just to be sure the transmission was ok, was done at no charge and was 7,800 miles OUT of WARRANTY. We have never refused service on this vehicle and have made every attempt to satisfy concerns and updates when they became available from the manufacture and suppliers. We will continue to improve quality and service, again our sincere apologies.
