I have heard stories about bad repair shops, even told to have a man take in my vehicle because they are treated better. I have never experienced this until now. As a female in a repair shop I found that I was treated very poorly. Work was done that was not properly authorized and the staff was terribly rude. I tried to alert the owner about my issues to keep it from happening from someone else. He told me he was already paid and he didn't care. I would think that a business would be more concerned about customer service, this one is not.

I have been having my cars air conditioning done here for years. They always treat you well, and do their best to get you in and out in a timely manner.
